Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function. It can also help to reduce your risk of injury in the future.
Sports Massage
Massages help prepare you for an activity, keeping you at your peak condition. They help you recover after activities and help prevent injuries.
Sports Injuries Rehabilitation
Injuries can happen in any sporting activity. It is important that aftercare for a injury is taken care of so you don't suffer from any setbacks in getting back to peak condition.
Gait Analysis
A study of your motion using special instrumentation to evaluate your body mechanics and activity of your different muscle groups.
At the initial consultation we will take a full medical and thorough physical assessment. We won't bombard you with medical jargon but explain the diagnosis so it makes sense to you.
After this, treatment starts the same day. Whether it is hands on manual therapy, soft tissue massage, taping or acupuncture - we have lots of skills to offer you.
After your Physiotherapy Appointment, you will be sent a link to an app called Physitrack - this is where your own personal exercise programmes will be stored and updated.
We also offer treatment packages that provide the most cost-effective approach to your care. Our goal is to get you moving better, feeling better and living your life again, pain free.
* Acupuncture and Taping is included in our treatment costs.
We accept card and cash payments
